Hametz Authorization of Sale

Note: Leading halachic authorities have ruled that online authorizations are acceptable for the purpose of selling hametz. Although the traditional practice is for the transaction to be done in person, we make it available online to provide everyone with the opportunity to have their hametz sold for Passover.

 

There is no charge for the service of acting as your agent for the sale of hametz. However, it is traditional to give tzedakah (maot hittim) when selling hametz. All proceeds will be given to the North Texas Food Bank so that "all who are hungry may come and eat."
